SERVICES
One-on-One
Coaching and Consultation
These introductory intake sessions are used for me to get to know you, where you are in this work, where you want to go, and how I can best support you. One-on-one sessions provide a space to begin the process of developing a more critical eye and framework with which to view your life, mentality, work, and those around you. In order to begin to de-center Whiteness in the world and in our lives, we must first place it front and center in our examinations of how race has informed all aspects of our lives.
These sessions can also be used as a place to process specific scenarios and/or situations that you’re finding yourself in with family members, friends, co-workers, etc.
First session is free.
Sessions can be purchased in 3 or 6 session bundles.
Small Group
Discussions
Small group discussion sessions are intended for friends, families, and/or co-workers to engage in dialogue around topics of Whiteness: White privilege, White supremacy, the White savior complex, microaggressions, implicit bias. These sessions will be anchored by selected texts — such as an article, podcast, video, photograph, etc. — as a starting point for conversation, which will progress into deeper exploration and excavation.
Already have a group of 4 - 6 people (family, friends, co-workers) who are interested in gathering for a session? Great! If not, you can sign up for a small group session as an individual and have the opportunity to meet new people doing this work.
Sessions can be purchased individually or in 3 or 6 session bundles.
Racial Identity Exploration
Workshops
In these hands-on creative workshops, participants will engage in a series of writing- and arts-based self-reflection activities that create layered—or multimodal—identity inquiry compositions. This workshop is designed to encourage and support White people to take a critical stance when understanding themselves, others, and the world around them.
These workshops are wonderful opportunities to hold space with new people (and can be equally powerful with those in your circles), to create and explore identity through various media, and then come together to share pieces of yourselves as an act of de/centering Whiteness.
Workshops are offered as individual events, but absolutely may be taken more than once.
